The staff was friendly and helpful . my room had all the amenities i needed. the location was great. I found it easy to walk to the metro station.
the bathroom felt cold and could use a better heater. the shower room was difficult to take a shower in. some maintenance is needed because the hotel is outdated.

The hotel location is very GOOD. Nagahoribashi station is very near. The staff are very nice and POLITE.
The bathroom always feels COLD. The heater should be enhanced.
