Mario was very kind. He was also professional. The hotel is accessible from the airport by the CAT metro line. Many metro lines and a tram stop are also near the hotel.
The room felt dark. It also felt humid and hot. The fan in the room was not working well

the hotel is very close to the train station from the airport. the staff helped with my bag up and down the stairs. i appreciated the free coffee and croissant in the morning, that was a lovely start to my day!!!
the room faced the street and train tracks. the constant noise kept me up all night. i also found that breakfast was not the biggest spread.
