The staff was friendly and helpful.. They provided recommendations for local restaurants. The location is near many cafes and restaurants. The hotel offered a complimentary room upgrade from a loft bed to twin beds.
The room was small, with limited space for belongings. I found it difficult to organize my things due to the lack of adequate storage.

The location was acceptable. It was within walking distance of several attractions.
The wifi was substandard. it cut out frequently and the signal strength proved weak, rendering it nearly unusable. additionally, the air conditioning was unreliable. I struggled to maintain a consistent temperature in the room, leading to discomfort .

My room was smaller than I expected. The younger staff member present at check-in had a horrible attitude. It was clear he did not want to be there. I found this disappointing.
