I found the location very convenient. It is close to a large mall, great. The receptionist ensured I had a room offering a view of the festival fireworks (I really appreciated that attention). The ample parking space and a convenience store on the ground floor added to my convenience.
The room lacked some basic toiletries. There was only toilet paper and an all-in-one hair and body soap. I had to purchase other necessities at the mall.

It often took A WHILE to go up or down. The shower drainage was also inadequate. Water overflowed, especially problematic since the room wasn't cleaned until the fourth day of my stay.

The location is PRIME! Ayala Center Mall is just a short walk away. It made shopping and dining easy. I appreciated the 24-hour coffee kiosk nearby for quick coffee runs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found it handy that there was drinking water available on each floor.
I noticed the internet connection was sometimes unreliable, difficult to work at times.
