the location was right across from the beach and had a view. (that was a nice surprise)
I found that the skirting boards needed a good clean. white towels turned brown on the bathroom floor. shower controls did not work properly. I had cold showers.

the room was very modern. it was also well decorated and spacious. there were free amenities and snacks provided. a little kitchenette with a fridge was helpful.
the surrounding streets were filthy. this was not the accommodation's fault. the bar prices were really expensive! but the worse thing was that smoking was not allowed in the outside bar.

the location rocks! the beach is right across the street. it was easy getting to the arena. our room was huge and super clean. the beach view made waking up amazing!
street noise at night was loud, it made sleep difficult. i suggest bringing earplugs.

Mr. Paul, the owner, showed amazing thoughtfulness. My room was very modern with good decoration plus it was clean and spacious. I found a little kitchenette helpful for preparing my meals. The hotel offers amazing access to the beach and it is a short walk to the city center.
I did notice some noise from the nearby road, but it did not significantly impact my stay.

I appreciated the pizza, made with a traditional base, and especially liked the garlic and cheese appetizer pizza. The restaurant features a selection of board games plus guests can have beers there too. The bar offers relaxed atmosphere with tasty plant-based food.

Paul made every effort to ensure my comfort and offered assistance via text for any needs. He provided good recommendations for local attractions plus he even opened the kitchen when the restaurant was normally closed. The staff responded quickly and helpfully when I required assistance.

The room provided a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with soft towels, and vegan milk plus biscuits. My room felt newly refurbished and provided a view of the beach. The bathroom was big and included a great shower.

I found access to a shared kitchen with a fridge useful for preparing my meals. Parking was available in the adjacent streets close to the premises. There are storage options available in the rooms which is useful for the guests.
