The room location was perfect for the event i attended. elena's communication was wonderfully clear. All entry instructions were easy to follow. the kitchen had everything i needed, ensuring i felt right at home. claire was super warm and even offered home-cooked food, sweet!!!

The room I was allocated was big. It was spacious. The furniture inside seemed adequate. Contact with the house manager were good, which I appreciate.
The room I booked online weren't what I received. The oven looked greasy when I tried to use it, which caused a smoke alarm. This situation was not ideal for my visit.

I appreciated the excellent contact with the owner and house manager. The security was great. The location was near the hospital. Claire, the house manager, was warm and cute, offering home-cooked food and laundry services.
