bathroom rust single bath towel
The bathroom was not quite up to par. I saw some rust in areas, which isn't exactly what you hope for. Only got one bath towel, and one hand towel also served as the bathmat. Who thought this was a good idea?

Wonderful Extended Stay!
useful kitchen comfortable bed
The kitchen was very useful and available. There was plenty of fridge, freezer, and cupboard space. The bed was comfortable, and the room included a good shower. Easy parking was a big help too. Juliet was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
I think a more modern touch to the furniture would greatly improve the experience. Also.

Check-in was well supported. Facilities received a comprehensive explanation. The staff were consistently friendly. They offered helpful advice and quick assistance. Communication felt very open.

The shared kitchen is a great concept, and it is well-stocked with utensils. Plates and cutlery are provided. Every room had a labeled fridge and freezer shelf, which I found practical. Kitchen extras such as paper towel and cling wrap were available.

The room was very spacious with a big en suite bathroom. The bed was clean and comfy. The hotel offered catering options. A comfy lounge was available. It provides another space to sit.

central location kitchen utensils large screen tv wet flooring one bath towel dated furniture
the central location was great. i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the kitchen had all utensils, plates, and cutlery. our room was a good size and included a large screen tv and a seating area.
the bathroom flooring always felt wet. i only received one bath towel. the furniture was very dated.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
insufficient towels road noise
The bathroom showed signs of wear. There was rust in areas, and the flooring always felt damp. The single bath towel and hand towel provided were insufficient. Noise from the main road was bothersome. The kitchen felt institutional. no staff were permanently on site. This did not contribute to a feeling of safety. It would be better with more monitoring.

i really liked how close it was to everything. the staff was very friendly and helpful too! communication was fantastic and open. i got a very quick response from the host to get into the room!!!

The location is great. It is only a few minutes walk from the river. the train station is also easily accessible. It is only about a 20 minute walk. everything is really accessible!!!

the room was a suitable size. i appreciated the large tv in the room (it certainly enhanced my viewing experience). the kitchen was well-stocked, which i valued. the location was also convenient.
my room was somewhat outdated. i found the bathroom flooring often felt wet. the road outside was noisy, noticeable.
