The breakfast payment system was REALLY annoying. I wanted to pay for both breakfasts upfront, but they refused. Each morning, I had to queue at reception. One morning, even though I paid the night before, I wasn't on "the list" and had to queue AGAIN. I asked twice for an invoice in advance, and they refused the first time (apparently, you can only get it on the day of checkout). The second time, they promised to email it, but it never arrived. What a JOKE.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main train station. It was a short walk. The room featured modern design elements and ample space for luggage. The bathroom had a very good shower and I found it clean. Online check-in and check-out processes were smooth and convenient.

I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room. That was a small inconvenience.

the location near the train station was convenient. it made getting around very easy. the room was clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. i felt secure returning at night thanks to the well lit surroundings and desk staff.

the chair in the reception area had a slight tear in the cushion.

the breakfast buffet features a huge variety of options and everything was really high quality. the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast offerings are definitely a highlight, complete with attentive and friendly staff members to assist during breakfast. there was really so much to choose from!

the breakfast was alright and the location is convenient (close to transport).

I was not happy because the room was too hot. There was no way to cool it down quickly, since the window only opened a crack. the temperature was already set to 25°c when i arrived, and the room stayed warm even after i turned off the heat and opened the window. i found the limited window opening very frustrating.
