the hotel was clean. it had location directly by the cable car line. this offered access to sights, enjoyable for our kids (they loved it!). the garage included in and out access.

i found the hotel room had only one drawer. the keurig machine used drawer space. this limits clothing storage.

I appreciated the hotel's location. it was very convenient! the ac unit was new and worked effectively. the bathroom was clean. the wi-fi was reliable throughout my stay. I had a fast connection!

The deposit wasn't explained well at check-in. it took longer than expected to receive my deposit back. the lack of clear communication was frustrating. I wish there had been a receipt.

the rooms are spacious! and also clean! they offered a comfortable stay with plenty of light and good amenities. the corner rooms on the upper floors have an amazing view, it was wonderful to watch the sunrise!

The hotel was close to the wharf. It was acceptable for what i needed.

the constant grumbling noise happened when it goes up and down, and it was very annoying. i had a hard time falling asleep and woke up a lot during the night.
