excellent cable car access
clean hotel cable car garage access
the hotel was clean. it had location directly by the cable car line. this offered access to sights, enjoyable for our kids (they loved it!). the garage included in and out access.
i found the hotel room had only one drawer. the keurig machine used drawer space. this limits clothing storage.

a whole foods is located nearby. the hotel has a grab and go case for quick meals. a small sit down café is also available, though i didn't eat there.

staff members were friendly and professional. security is on site after hours. i received excellent personal attention with patience from a member of the reception staff (erik).

The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently helpful and professional. The room was clean and well kept, with all necessary amenities available. I found the on-site parking convenient, especially with the city location.
The mini fridge in the room did not get very cold.

convenient location new ac unit reliable wi-fi
I appreciated the hotel's location. it was very convenient! the ac unit was new and worked effectively. the bathroom was clean. the wi-fi was reliable throughout my stay. I had a fast connection!
The deposit wasn't explained well at check-in. it took longer than expected to receive my deposit back. the lack of clear communication was frustrating. I wish there had been a receipt.

the rooms are spacious! and also clean! they offered a comfortable stay with plenty of light and good amenities. the corner rooms on the upper floors have an amazing view, it was wonderful to watch the sunrise!

elevator noise falling asleep
The hotel was close to the wharf. It was acceptable for what i needed.
the elevators were a real problem. the constant grumbling noise happened when it goes up and down, and it was very annoying. i had a hard time falling asleep and woke up a lot during the night.
