the staff seemed really nice, always with a smile. breakfast had a good selection of foods and drinks and fresh items. i enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant, chef rui made a fantastic dish and hossein gave really good service.

the room i booked didn't have a mini fridge. it would really help to have it, especially for drinks.

the standard room i was in was really spacious and clean. i noticed the bed was comfy, with nice, fresh linens. the bathroom was of good size, with a rainfall shower and providing fluffy towels and toiletries that smelled lovely.

the breakfast was quite nice.. i especially appreciated the fresh rooms.

i stayed here and discovered that there is no climate control system at all. only ventilation is available, and it constantly blows air. it was impossible to adjust the temperature, so our stay was very uncomfortable.

The staff was very polite and offered excellent service. Stella at reception greeted us with a bright smile. She ensured we felt welcomed and attended to every need with utmost professionalism. The room offered a fantastic view. Large windows framed the fine scenery perfectly.

The bed sheets were not changed even once . There was no fridge in the room , which is quite annoying especially in the summer. The A la Carte restaurant told me that the pizza oven was broken.

the staff were helpful and kind. the standard double room was great, very spacious. the bed was super comfy! we stayed for four nights and found it convenient as a bus took us straight to the station (that was so convenient!).

I found the signage from the garage to reception slightly confusing. I searched for the entrance a little while.

The breakfast was honestly, a bit of a letdown. the scrambled eggs tasted like powder. It was an artificial egg experience. also, my room overlooked some kind of machinery, and i could feel vibrations and hear the hum while lying in bed. the room was situated over a machine, artificial scrambled eggs

The room was clean. I appreciated the availability of a bus for travel to the city center. The breakfast included a wide variety of options (I liked the fresh fruit).

The heating setting was incomprehensible. It was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. I found the television to be small. There was no wardrobe in the room for storing clothes.
