great variety good breakfast rude manager unprofessional manager

the breakfast was good it had a great variety. the room included tomadas with adaptadores embutidos it was a first for me.

i called before check in to see if our room was ready the hotel could not find our reservation. the manager was very rude and unprofessional i felt really bad.

Phil, the valet, was really prompt. He helped me. He was courteous too. This made my arrival VERY smooth.

The breakfast used plastic plates and cutlery, unfortunately. The coffee seemed a little watered down, honestly.

quick valet service perfect location breakfast variety single glazed windows matted hair outdated bathroom

The valet service was quick and polite. I found the location perfect for walking to the strip. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options.

The single glazed windows did not help reduce traffic noise. I found matted hair in the towels. The bathroom needed updating.
