The location was very convenient. subway stations were two blocks from the hotel. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with coffee, muffins, and fruit. This was a nice surprise. the staff was helpful.

The gym had only treadmills. No other equipment was available.

the bathroom light above the mirror needed replacing.

the front desk staff was helpful with directions. the housekeeping staff kept the room tidy. i requested extra towels and they arrived promptly. the staff always greeted me with a smile.

The hotel is close to Wall Street, Broadway, and Battery Park. Access to the Statue of Liberty dock is easy. Train stations are within walking distance, convenient for travel. Free bottled water was available. A welcome addition.

I noted the absence of a refrigerator in the room. This made storing food difficult. A safe was also not available for securing personal belongings. These additions would improve the guest experience.
