the staff was super friendly. the room included a flatscreen tv and a little wall mounted tray next to an outlet with usb spots. the hotel has a little pizza spot inside, great for when we came back exhausted from the day.
some kind of fan vibrated outside our window at night. it made it difficult to sleep. there were also tons of mosquitoes right in front of the door and in their courtyard.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they assisted with requests and provided directions. service at the front desk was efficient, even during peak hours, and always with a smile.

the location was convenient for getting around the area.
The room felt quite small for the price i paid. i also noticed some maintenance issues. The carpet had a noticeable stain, and the grout in the shower showed mold (it wasn't very appealing). these things detracted from what could have been a more comfortable experience.

The location was great. I could walk to the main attractions. i received several messages from the hotel staff to check if everything was satisfactory. parking was available nearby, costing $24 per day with a hotel voucher.
the room size was the only thing i disliked, it felt a little cramped. i had a hard time maneuvering with luggage.

The staff were affable and showed interest in getting to know me. This. i received proactive messages to ensure my stay was going well, which i found quite helpful. the team seemed very attentive.
