wonderful stay in convenient location
kind managerearly check-inconvenient locationlate night noise
the manager, ms. arzu, was very kind and accommodating i was impressed by their willingness to assist even before our arrival the team allowed an early check-in and provided a temporary room after a long bus ride the location is perfect, very close to shops, restaurants, and the train station

The cleaning staff did an EXCELLENT job. The room was very clean. The bathroom was comfortable, and the shower worked WELL. I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was very good.
I had a minor issue with hot water. It was barely available. The tv didn't work Initially, but it was fixed in the end. this was only a temporary inconvenience.

Excellent Stay with Really good breakfast

The location allowed easy access to city highlights and public transport. I enjoyed the rooftop breakfast room. It has amazing views of the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. The hotel cat added a lovely touch, often present and friendly. Staff members like Sezgin and Elmas were always helpful and kind .
The room I was initially given was a bit small, but this was quickly resolved the next day.
