My room was good, and all bathroom toiletries were a high-quality brand. Dove made the shower gels, soaps, and shampoos, you know! The breakfast buffet was delicious. A staff member who wore a blue shirt even offered to bring me a baby chair. Now that is service!

i really liked that the hotel provided complimentary parking, a great perk. The beds and pillows felt fresh and clean. breakfast had many good options.. so much choice!

the door lacked a soft close system, i noticed all guests opening and closing the door caused disturbances.

this hotel offers excellent proximity to key attractions, with just a short walk to the nearest monorail station. Pavilion and Bukit Bintang are also easily accessible with a brief stroll of a few minutes. There is a convenience store only one minute away.
