the location was great as it was easy getting around. parking outside was available. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
the room had a bad smell. i think that the carpet had this smell. the pillows were lumpy and hard to sleep on.

The breakfast area has a beautiful garden to sit and relax in. Rita greeted me. She guided me to my room! She was REALLY kind and helpful. The location is great for reaching Alexandra Palace. I was very impressed. The rooms are lovely and clean, and the staff are polite.

the room was fantastic with a kitchen diner. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. staff were friendly to my needs (i really appreciated their kindness). the location was also easy to find, a plus.
