the location was convenient, close to bus stops. this made exploring the area easy without dealing with downtown congestion.

the breakfast was disappointing. bagels and prepackaged pastries lacked freshness. i chose to eat elsewhere because of this quality issue.

convenient location big room broken doorknob shower mold

the location was convenient, putting me close to many attractions. the rooms were also big, providing ample space to relax after a long day.

the bathroom doorknob was broken, a minor inconvenience. there was also visible mold around the shower tub. i called the front desk about these issues.

the valet, graham, offered excellent advice regarding the local scene. this greatly enhanced our stay, making it really good. our room was quite large and clean. the bed and shower contributed to a relaxing experience..

The destination marketing fee surprised me. It reminded me of an unexpected charge. breakfast felt somewhat limited, lacking variety for my taste. i also noted that parking cost seemed quite high.

required valet noisy air conditioner

the location was convenient to get to the area i needed.

valet parking is required, and that set me back $45 each night, a cost i didn't really expected. plus, finding a spot after midnight became a game, with street parking or those pay-to-park lots across the street as your only choices and the area didn't exactly scream 'safe'. the air conditioner sounded like a dying robot all night, so sleep was more of a suggestion.

loud buzzing thin walls

The AC made an awful loud buzzing sound through the night. Staff did not offer a thing to resolve this. They gave me ear plugs instead. The walls are way too thin, so I heard everything from the nearby rooms.
