adequate stay with minor drawbacks
staircase accessthin futons
carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was quite difficult upon arrival. furthermore, the futon mattresses were thinner than expected. I found them less supportive than i would have liked.

i appreciated the traditional town house style, and the sliding doors offered privacy. the bathroom had excellent facilities, and the kitchen was great. the washing machine and bathroom dryer were helpful, and the location was close to the station.
Hauling suitcases up three flights of tight stairs was inconvenient. the area didn't feel very safe. the futons were a little thin. I expected more comfort.

the apartment included a full kitchenette, so preparing meals was easy. there was also a beautiful tea set on the low table. nearby are several grocery stores and convenience stores, very convenient.

The apartment had a washer and dryer in the bathroom unit. It wasn't very intuitive. traditional garments were available to wear. the self-check-in process was streamlined and easy to use.

lovely stay, great location

I appreciated the traditional japanese interior. It felt authentic. the self-check-in process was easy (which i always appreciate after a long journey). the house yukata were a nice, unexpected touch. bath salts were also provided.
hauling my suitcase up the stairs was a bit inconvenient. i had a lot of luggage, and the tight stairs were a challenge.

the room featured extra bedding stored in the cupboard, a great convenience for families or groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements. there was also ample space to move around, especially beneficial for longer stays when you need to unpack and organize belongings.

i found a larger supermarket just outside a main train station, only 500m away, so it was very convenient. this made grabbing groceries and snacks easy. a revolving sushi bar was also within a short walk, great for an easy meal.
