The staff was friendly. the room was spacious. Everything worked flawlessly. i liked the water pressure in the shower. there were also warm-white light sources installed.
The pictures online seemed old. the room had some stains on the carpet and bed covers. One bed bottom sheet had what looked like mustard on it so i didn't use that bed. when i lay on the bed, i could hear the springs pop. i awakened with a sore back.

the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. restaurants, groceries, and gas stations are easily accessible from this location. i appreciated the efficient customer service i received .
i found the immediate surroundings slightly concerning due to the presence of several homeless individuals.

My family suite was renovated, with a two-bedroom layout complete with the full conveniences of a home. The cost matched that of a standard hotel room. It was like a great deal.

the motel is very close to the ferries and downtown areas. i found it easy to get around, and many things were just moments away! it was very convenient for my travel plans.

the room was clean and roomy.
the location was not what i expected i would not recommend this for the elderly as it was non smoking and having a table right outside our door where people decided to sit and smoke was not ideal. the walls are paper thin therefore i heard everything all night from adjacent rooms.

The room was quite clean and came equipped with queen size beds and toiletries.
The location proved less than satisfactory. I found it unsuitable for the elderly. People congregated right outside the door and smoked. This occurred despite the non-smoking designation of the premises. This bothered me.
