I found the staff quite helpful . the valet service was quick, and i liked the bellman assistance. my son enjoyed the gym. It had varied equipment.
The breakfast area was somewhat crowded at peak times. It was a little difficult to find a seat.

i found the location very convenient. the room was spacious, a king suite. the staff was friendly, especially during breakfast service.. the breakfast itself was included. i appreciated the fresh offerings and quick refills.
i found the check-in process slow. it seemed there was only one computer working. this caused a delay. i hope they improve this.

The staff seemed helpful. Breakfast was available and convenient. I was able to walk to several attractions and restaurants. Valet parking provided a convenient option for managing my vehicle.
I noticed the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. Attempts to raise the temperature caused a switch from a/c to heat. A consistent temperature was difficult to maintain throughout the night, it was frustrating.

The room featured a king-sized bed offering ample space and a comfortable mattress. A television was mounted on the wall and included standard cable channels. Blackout curtains kept the room dark and helped improve sleep quality, I really liked that.

the hotel's location proved convenient. it was close to reading terminal. i also found the provided breakfast satisfactory. the staff were friendly (i especially appreciated the valet service).
the room needed better attention. housekeeping took towels but did not leave clean replacements . i also requested items but waited a long time to get them. the shower lacked shelving for bottles.
