i found mellisa very helpful ! the rooms were super clean. common areas were clean! i appreciated the free coffee available all day in the lobby. the hotel provided quick, well-functioning wi-fi.
the lamp shade in my room had stains.

Breakfast had a pretty broad selection. It included eggs and sausage. coffee was available throughout the day at the reception without any charge. pastries were available but must not be put in the toaster!

the staff was also super kind and helpful i checked in and i immediately felt welcomed. the breakfast was good even though it was a busy time.
my room's thermostat went out twice and i asked more than twice for assistance to replace the batteries. the restroom sink wasn't cleaned very well i saw hair smeared all over the counter. the comforter wasn't replaced because it had a stain and perfume smell on it
