the hotel is near a metro station which is a big plus shops and cafes surround the area the staff. the breakfast offered many choices a pleasant surprise with so many tasty options. housekeeping was effective and kept everything very clean
i found the lack of basic amenities a little inconvenient things like bathroom slippers and a toothbrush were missing it would be nice to have these readily available in the room

the staff displayed politeness and a cute attitude they addressed requests professionally the reception was helpful and efficient i experienced genuine hospitality throughout my stay i felt well-cared for by the team members

i was thrilled with how conveniently located this place is (especially with the metro so close!). the hotel staff showed such hospitality. i found the breakfast had a great variety, and i appreciated how well-labeled the food was.
i noticed the shower design has an issue, as water spills onto the floor regardless of the shower head position (this could be improved !).

adequate but with some issues
old weightsstrange smell
the gym was pretty basic i think it had like two treadmills and some weights that looked kinda old. also my room the twin room non-smoking had a strange smell it was not strong but definitely noticeable after a while. it made me wonder about the air quality even though everything looked clean enough. i hoped for a better experience in these areas.
