Really good Service and Convenient Location

I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The restaurant team were attentive and offered customer service of the highest standard. The room was very clean. It was also comfortable when I stayed almost ten days. The staff in reception ensured my room was cleaned every day.
I noticed there was no support with luggage. I had to use the trolley to transport it myself. The parking lot was also small. I had to park outside. I hope this can be fixed in the future

The hotel included very strong Wi-Fi, easily accessible throughout the building. I was also able to work from the lobby and the breakfast area without any connectivity problems. A security x-ray machine is located at the main entrance to ensure high security levels.

This location is advantageous, especially for tourists. Its central position in the city puts it close to many key attractions. I found it especially convenient to be located near the Metro stationwith quick access to other areas.

The breakfast options provided a wide array of choices. I found them tasty and satisfying each morning. Aadi was very helpful during breakfast, ensuring all the guests were accommodated. The dining area was clean and well-kept by the attentive staff.

My room featured a king-size bed, and I can confirm it was indeed super comfortable. The spacious bathroom included clean towels and ample supplies of coffee and tea. A big television was installed. I was able to stream movies and shows .

I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the national museum. the breakfast offered a variety of options. the bathroom was well-equipped with good shower pressure.
the cleaning service was inconsistent . i requested a scale from reception. i was informed one was not available.

convenient location
the staff was very caring and the location proved very convenient near the metro station. my king size room was supremely neat with plentiful supplies of coffee and tea. the bathroom felt spacious with fresh towels, and the bed was super comfortable.

the team at this hotel provided great service. location was also really excellent. the breakfast was plentiful and had good variety. it seemed that its timing was flexible to accommodate different schedules.
i found the shower pressure to be a bit lower than i would have liked. it was eventually addressed, though only on my last day. this issue slightly impacted my overall experience.
