convenient and clean stay
convenient location nearby restaurant nice administrator clean room
the location proved convenient with nearby bus stops and a train station (i appreciated this a lot). many shops and restaurants were easily accessible. the administrator was quite nice. the room i stayed in was both super clean and cozy, it included basic toiletries.
i noticed the lighting in my room could be improved, and the balcony did not appear recently cleaned, it needed a little bit of work.

My double room included comfortable bedding. basic toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The room was prepared and warmed before my arrival. the shower had good water pressure, which i always appreciate after a long day of travel.

The hotel offers off-street parking, available free after 5pm. This made arrival and departure much easier. there's an outdoor smoking space available at the back of the hotel. i also noticed they are dog friendly, staff offer water for dogs.

i received a call to confirm my check-in, a thoughtful touch. the receptionist was both friendly and professional and provided all necessary information. the manager was always ready to help (really appreciated this).

worn fabric broken support
The staff ensured I received a call to confirm my check-in details.
The suite room felt VERY worn. The bed's fabric showed considerable wear, and though the mini-kitchen was convenient, it lacked glasses and plates. The showerhead support was broken. I had to hold it. I found no shampoo.

convenient location clean room comfortable room
the location is great because bus stops and the train station are nearby. i noticed several shops and restaurants in the area. the room was very comfy and tidy. i found the off-street parking useful because it was free after 5pm.
i observed that the lighting in my room wasn't very good, so it needs some improvement. also, the balcony was not cleaned before my arrival.
