superb location personalized water free ice cream unclean bedsheet bad pillows itchy sleep
The location was superb. I found many good touches, such as personalized water bottles for refills. The hotel also featured ice cream and s'mores, which I thought was AMAZING!!!
My bed, unfortunately, lacked clean sheets upon my arrival that first night. The pillows were also not to my liking. I felt itchy when I used them. I think the hotel needs to invest in better pillows.

short walk kind staff fire pit
The location offered short walk to shops. Staff was kind. S'mores by the fire pit at night was romantic. It brought back sweet memories of childhood campfires. I will remember it fondly.
The elevator worked a little slow.

The Beautiful Queen Room had two sinks which was very convenient. It was also comfortable. I spent a few hours reading there, enjoying the quiet.
