The room was a perfect size for two people. Staff was lovely and provided basic breakfast items plus coffee. It's a nice walk to the city center or you can take a bus. The location is amazing.
I did not realise the room didn't have an en suite shower or toilet. The price was high for that night. It seems extortionate for the room.

The guest house is outside the city center, so it is peaceful. Buses run often, so it is easy to reach the city center. Major interest places are easily accessible.

the room looked amazing i found the staff nice and friendly the check in system was easy. i liked its proximity from royal mile by bus. i was happy for the price.

the guest house is slightly outside the city center, very peaceful. buses run frequently, almost every two minutes, facilitating easy access to the city center. that location offers tranquility with convenient transport.

there were basic breakfast items in the room i saw coffee and tea provided. the guest house had a lovely touch to have porridge and cereal bars in the room. it created a cute start to the day.

The room lacked an en suite. i also found the price to be quite high, especially considering the room amenities, or lack thereof. i understand prices may be higher on certain nights. But this felt excessive. the room itself was acceptable. But the cost did not align with the overall experience.

small sinkstreet noise
The sink in my "double room" was quite small. also, i noticed some noise from the street late at night. It made it a little difficult to fall asleep. i wish there was better soundproofing. these small issues did impact my overall experience a bit. hopefully, they can address these concerns to make future stays more restful.

our room was spotlessly clean and we got a generous welcome package. it even had some snacks! free parking was a plus and worked out well, since we had rented a car for a roadtrip. another bonus, a mini fridge!
i hadn't realised the room didn't have en suite shower or toilet. the price seemed extortionate for the room to me. it was clearly not atypical for that night, though.
