underwhelming stay. decent location. though.
ineffective air conditioningloud street noise
I found a few issues . the soundproofing was inadequate, and i could hear street noise well into the night, so i had problems falling asleep. also, the air conditioning was not very effective. The room remained stuffy, despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat. the staff addressed the noise issue but it only resolved a bit. i believe the air conditioning requires immediate attention, it's not optional.

the hotel stocked the fridge daily with water and soft drinks at no extra cost. complimentary prosecco was offered every night for an hour. the breakfast was comprehensive including waffles and scrambled eggs.
the room i stayed in felt a little tired. the bathroom needed a good clean. the hotel seemed expensive for what it was.

The breakfast room had a lovely decoration. the location was very good. It was just a few steps from the duomo and the main shopping streets (i didn't buy anything though).
The duvet covers were unusual. They wrapped the duvet with two sheets. the package unravels during the night, and all guests end up covering themselves with the same, unwashed duvet.

The hotel location is really great. I walked to main attractions. My room included complimentary water. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. I also enjoyed the evening prosecco.
The room decoration seemed a bit outdated.
