Check-in took over half an hour because the receptionist was overwhelmed. There is an online check-in, but you still need to see the receptionist. What is the point.

The staff was always polite. My room on the seventh floor offered a decent view. The beds gave good support. Breakfast had fresh ingredients.
I noticed the window sills allowed air to pass through. The bathroom had a slight odor of sewage. That was off-putting

The staff were cute and spoke excellent English. My room was quite spacious and clean. I faced the train station, yet the soundproofing worked well was great. The provision of a fan was useful for controlling the room temperature (a very thoughtful touch).
The lighting in the room was not very bright.
