the staff was helpful and kind, i guess.
The room smelled like wet socks, not exactly the aromatherapy i was hoping for! the noise from the street below made it hard to sleep. It sounded like a demolition derby outside. and the breakfast was, well, let's just say i've had better airline food.

the staff was generally helpful and polite during my brief stay.
My room was not adequately soundproofed. Street noise persisted throughout the night. furthermore, basic amenities were lacking. The room did not include a hairdryer, quite inconvenient. the surrounding area also felt somewhat unsafe due to litter.

Vignesh was helpful! He made sure I had vegetarian food each morning. The entire staff, including Sanskar, Steve, and Deborah, provided superb, friendly service. The location is convenient. It made getting around very easy. I found the premises calm and relaxing.
I found just one minor thing, the immediate surroundings had shops selling car parts, which wasn't the most scenic view.

The room was well-equipped!!! It was kept very clean throughout my stay, and it was spacious. I had a comfortable and restful experience. The soundproofing kept the space peaceful. I slept very well.

The breakfast offered good variety. I especially appreciated the vegetarian options arranged by Vignesh. There was always something new to try, and everything was tasty. The food was AMAZING!!!

The service was consistently prompt and attentive. Whenever I needed something, the staff were quick to respond. Steve at the front desk provided a warm welcome and efficient service. I was always greeted with a smile.

we had a very warm welcome from the staff. the check in, it was smooth. i like the housekeeping, they cleaned the room daily. i enjoyed the attention shown to us and how they cared for us in the restaurant.
the location felt busy. parking was hard to find late at night.
