Convenient Chinatown Stay

I found it really hard to get affordable accommodation in this central area. The capsule itself was a new experience and felt private. The staff was helpful and the free water was definitely a plus (I always get thirsty at night). The location is superb near the metro station. This made getting around so easy.
The lockers had a slight odor, it must be said.

The staff provided support and were friendly, especially during check-in. They offered assistance with directions and provided information about local attractions. Luggage storage was available, and they were very attentive to our needs.

The capsule included several charging sockets. This was great for keeping my devices powered. A small shelf inside the pod was useful for personal items. The bed was clean and adequate for a short stay.
Facilities

Free coffee and tea were available in the lounge area. I really enjoyed that. The lockers provided some security for my belongings. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the building.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel is a short walk to restaurants and bars. The MRT station is approximately five minutes away. Malls are also within walking distance (which is great for shopping).

the pods were exactly what i needed for a short stay. i could check in early, and the area was quiet enough for rest. it is very close to public transport (specifically near chinatown mrt station), this made it a useful base for exploring. the location made getting around quite easy.
The charging port inside my pod did not work. also, i needed earphones with the correct adapter to use the tv inside the pod. the locker was small. It was not enough for all my bags.

the receptionist was helpful and friendly. the staff provided basic but functional assistance (i appreciated this). tea, coffee, and water were available all day, useful.

the location is near public transport and many restaurants. it's close to chinatown market and places that offer nanyang coffee. the proximity to chinatown mrt station makes it very accessible.

The hotel location is really great. It is near the MRT and shops are also close by. It was easy to get to know fellow travellers. Boiling and chilled water were available.
The steps leading to top bunks were not comfortable. The pod door is made of plastic, so noise came through easily. The luggage storage area was not secure, since it was out in the open at reception.
