a cozy stay
excellent location kind staff complimentary snacks free laundry
the location was excellent, it offered easy access to eateries. the staff were very kind and always willing to assist! they provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby, a sweet touch to make a tired traveler smile. i found the free laundry service particularly useful as i extended my vacation.
The room was a little smaller than i expected. Though it was very clean, i felt a bit cramped

The staff readily arranged taxis when i needed transport, they were prompt and efficient. they provided a heater when the weather turned cold. It was a kind gesture, really.

the hotel is near night markets, though the area is quiet in the evenings. the mrt stations offer super accessible routes around the city, very handy for seeing all the sights.

free snacks laundry facility kind staff
i was charmed by the abundance of free snacks and drinks available 24/7. the on-site laundry facility with included detergent was convenient. the staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help, this was a plus.
the elevator service was quite slow during peak hours, this sometimes led to waiting.

The hotel is close to tourist attractions. It is also conveniently within walking distance. the easy access to the train station provides seamless exploration throughout the area, this is a huge convenience.

A washer and dryer are available and free to use, this includes detergent. i noticed a playroom for children. This allows them to play freely. the common area downstairs includes a shared space for consuming outside food.

i found the complimentary snacks and ramen at the b1 floor very useful (it saved me a trip to the store!). the laundry facilities were also easy to use. it was a great help for my travel.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Observed
moldy odor unreliable elevators
The room was small and felt quite humid. This resulted in an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning unit emitted a moldy odor. The elevators were also unreliable. I felt unsafe when using them.
