The staff members were helpful, even with my limited spanish. the room featured many storage areas, useful for longer stays. i appreciated the availability of both a small pool and a gym. These amenities enhanced my stay. the location near the metro facilitated easy city access.
I found the shower to be somewhat small. Space was a bit limited there.

I really liked the Tetuan metro station, next to the hotel on Line 1! This made getting around super easy and I always felt safe. The staff were also great, always willing to help! The swimming pool access was a huge plus, especially after a long day of sightseeing. It helped me cool off, misplace punctuation. The room's unique design with the electronic Murphy bed was very cool. I pressed a button and the bed came down!
The towels were not changed daily, even when placed on the floor, and I ran out of toilet paper.
