Good Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was super helpful upon arrival. They helped with our luggages up the stairs. The tea and coffee provided was generous, including a hot water machine.
The value of price money and the room didn't match at all! There was problem with the WiFi! Though after connecting with the hotel they said that it was working fine and if the model of your phone is old then it won't work but my phone is new iPhone 15! That was the problem! And even the door there was problem with the lock as it was difficult to open! And I feel the price money was way too expensive! For this room! Because we didn't have access to the kitchen!

the bathroom was updated and clean. the room itself was clean. i appreciated the size of the room. the staff was helpful and easy to communicate with.
the bed was not very comfortable, the sheets were not fitted correctly.

the rooms included nice design features and high ceilings. funky decor was present throughout. there was enough space to move around comfortably and to store luggage.

the location provided easy access to attractions. beautiful canals and walks into the city were nearby. i found the environment quiet, which i appreciated after a long day of traveling and activities.
