the location was very central, just a short walk from the main attractions. the room included tea and coffee making facilities (nice touch).
the sink in the bathroom was quite small. i also noticed the car park opposite the hotel was pricey, costing £15 per 24 hours.

The room felt quite cramped. The space was not used efficiently and it was difficult to move around with luggage. I did not like that there were no card facilities available. It forced me to find a cash machine, inconvenient.

lisa greeted me warmly and helped me with my bags. the room was nicely decorated and very clean. i found the location perfect, a short walk to the promenade and shops. the breakfast was lovely (i especially liked the eggs!).

the hotel is near the tower and winter gardens. a new cinema is just down the road. it is in a perfect spot and is slightly away from the centre, though walkable to the coach station.

the service was very friendly and excellent. lisa was very cute and helpful. nothing seemed too much trouble for lisa. the hosts ensured i had a pleasant stay.

i stayed in a double room and it was very clean. the shower was nice i found. tea and coffee were provided in the room. i liked that it was close to many places in town.
the breakfast was ok but i could have got better value eating out.
