loud air conditioning ice machine

I was a little disappointed . the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. It made it hard to fall asleep! also, the ice machine on our floor was out of order. it was a bit inconvenient to go to another floor each time i needed ice.

EXCELLENT Stay! Highly Recommend!!!

ample parking clean room friendly staff central location

The hotel was easy to find. There was plenty of parking. The outside was well maintained! The staff greeted me immediately as I reached the counter. My room was very spacious and CLEAN! It is centrally located near attractions and many restaurants.

I noticed very slight wear in some areas, but it did not affect my stay.

The king room included a coffee and tea maker and a mini fridge! The bathroom was very spacious. There was a comfortable bed. the provided amenities added convenience to my stay.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The free shuttle service to the Universal parks was very convenient. I used it every day.

The gym was somewhat small, I could only see a limited amount of equipment there.

The front desk staff provided a warm welcome (I especially appreciated the swift check-in). The room was clean. I loved having the ice machine located right across from my room.
