The complimentary shuttle was very convenient. It made getting to and from the airport easy. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room included complimentary bottled water and that was a nice touch.
The floor in my room seemed pretty dirty it needed vacuuming. The mini mart prices seemed really high so I walked down the street. The outlet in the room was very loose making it hard to plug anything in.

The hotel had a free shuttle. It ran to and from the airport often. The shuttle service provided convenience after my flight. I appreciated that there were computers available for printing boarding passes. This prevented me from waiting at the airport.
The bathroom was not well stocked. It lacked amenities I expect. The bathroom also lacked a fan for ventilation. The floor near the window had water damage. I saw water was dripping onto the rug. I called about it the next morning.
