My room included a Nespresso machine and tea facilities, which I appreciated. The smart TV was a nice bonus. The bed was indeed large. I found tables in the courtyard useful.

The room finish looked poor. I saw marks on the walls.

the room was spacious. the bed was very comfy. the staff were friendly, i appreciated that.

The room smelt damp on arrival. the air conditioning is behind the curtains so is pretty ineffective. the fridge kept making loud noises. It woke me up multiple times in the night.

The location worked out well. it was near many places i wanted to see. the staff were friendly and helpful too. i used the laundry service. It was priced reasonably.

the air con did not work properly. it struggled to cool the room down. the air con was very loud too. i found it difficult to sleep properly.

i found the staff so cheerful and helpful . the original room was comfy , and the breakfast area offered diverse choices. i appreciated the short walk to restaurants , piazzas, and museums. i would certainly return here soon.

The soundproofing was not so great. I could hear some street noise.
