the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was central. our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds, i would stay again.

I noticed the room was a bit small. It would be great to have slightly more space. a bigger room is always a plus. the room felt somewhat cramped.

the hotel provides convenient access to nearby historical sites, including the palace. i also noticed there are many great restaurants within 50 meters of the hotel entrance, a very useful feature.

the breakfast offered various options such as scrambled eggs, cooked eggs, breads and cheeses. there was also a selection of jams, nutella, coffees and juices. the options available are quite nice.

The rooms were very clean. And i noticed they were quiet. the room included a king size bed, not two double beds pushed together. That was a pleasant surprise. sunset views from the floor above were a bonus.

The hotel's location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. you can easily get to gran vía, and other attractions. this made exploring so easy.

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. I found the shower to be fantastic. It had great water pressure which was much needed after long days of walking. The location was also a huge plus. It was close to many restaurants and easy to navigate.
