amazing stay!

friendly staff central location comfortable beds

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was central. our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds, i would stay again.

I noticed the room was a bit small. It would be great to have slightly more space. a bigger room is always a plus. the room felt somewhat cramped.

the hotel provides convenient access to nearby historical sites, including the palace. i also noticed there are many great restaurants within 50 meters of the hotel entrance, a very useful feature.

the breakfast offered various options such as scrambled eggs, cooked eggs, breads and cheeses. there was also a selection of jams, nutella, coffees and juices. the options available are quite nice.

The rooms were very clean. And i noticed they were quiet. the room included a king size bed, not two double beds pushed together. That was a pleasant surprise. sunset views from the floor above were a bonus.

The hotel's location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. you can easily get to gran vía, and other attractions. this made exploring so easy.

Prime Location, Excellent Service!

helpful staff great shower

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. I found the shower to be fantastic. It had great water pressure which was much needed after long days of walking. The location was also a huge plus. It was close to many restaurants and easy to navigate.

the room was very clean. i found the location to be excellent. the staff were helpful (they provided great recommendations).

the room i had was quite small. i noticed there was no fridge. the bathroom light was on a timer, which i found inconvenient.
