The location was amazing!!! i walked everywhere, and i mean everywhere! the spanish steps and trevi fountain were so close. the staff recommended a fantastic little trattoria just around the corner. The food was AMAZING!!!

the room had a stale smell i noticed. the heavy drapes and blankets probably need more frequent cleaning. it would ensure there are no unpleasant smells hanging around

The location was perfect, very close to Trevi Fountain. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. My room was clean and the air conditioning WORKED after a hot day. The breakfast was good.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold. It was a little frustrating

the staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. it seemed like answering questions was a chore afterwards. next door is a commercial laundry, it returns laundry to the hotel.

the location was good it was close to the trevi fountain.

my room was quite small and the decor seemed outdated the window faced a wall so natural light was limited also the soundproofing was poor i could clearly hear street noise throughout the night which disrupted my sleep.
