central location helpful staff delicious food
The location was amazing!!! i walked everywhere, and i mean everywhere! the spanish steps and trevi fountain were so close. the staff recommended a fantastic little trattoria just around the corner. The food was AMAZING!!!

the location was awesome in a lively area. it gave easy access to local attractions. the staff was also very friendly and helped me with any questions i had.
the room had a stale smell i noticed. the heavy drapes and blankets probably need more frequent cleaning. it would ensure there are no unpleasant smells hanging around

Convenient and Clean near Trevi

central location friendly staff working air conditioning good breakfast
The location was perfect, very close to Trevi Fountain. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. My room was clean and the air conditioning WORKED after a hot day. The breakfast was good.
The shower temperature was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold. It was a little frustrating

The breakfast room offered a variety of options, including pastries and fruits. Coffee, tea, and juices were readily available. The staff ensured the breakfast area was tidy, replenishing items frequently as needed. A LOVELY waitress assisted guests.

The hotel provides luggage storage after checkout, this is very helpful. Free water is available in the reception area. The location is close to Barberini station and also near the Trevi fountain.

The reception staff helped in arranging a taxi to the airport. Staff were helpful and cute. The receptionists were always available to answer questions. They assisted with directions.

the location was great near the pantheon. the room was clean with a big bathroom. check-in and check-out were easy and quick.

the staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. it seemed like answering questions was a chore afterwards. next door is a commercial laundry, it returns laundry to the hotel.
