Excellent Stay at Causeway Bay

I found the staff very helpful and polite. They answered all my questions. I appreciated the location close to many shops. The view from the higher floors was also nice.

The hallway was dirty, and the carpets needed cleaning.

the location near the subway station was convenient. a helpful staff member stored my luggage before my flight. the beds offered great comfort. i found the shower quite lovely.

the receptionist provided a bigger room as i traveled with kids. the sofa bed setup was free. staff was courteous and spoke good english, i appreciated that. the team is professional.

restaurants are within the premises. the hotel location is central, close to the subway and many shops! there is a nice view from higher floors. breakfast is included. discounts are available for coffee.

Superb Location and Friendly Staff!

The location is amazing! It's super close to the MTR station and lots of restaurants and shops. I used the microwave in the lobby for a quick snack (so convenient!). The gym had everything I needed for a quick workout.
