the location is quite convenient near the a1 motorway, which simplified my travel. parking in the basement was available and easy to access (i appreciated that). the staff provided excellent service. the room was very spacious and clean.
i found that the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i would have liked it to be, so the temperature regulation could be improved.

closed restaurantweak air conditioning
the restaurant was closed on saturday night. it has not been open on weekends for six months, apparently. we were told to walk fifteen minutes to a bistro. i think there were closer places to eat. the air conditioning did not cool the room enough either.

The tram stop near the hotel made accessing the city center straightforward. Staff members were friendly. I found the breakfast selection extensive with various options. The hotel offered a comfortable environment for my participation in a sports event.
The air conditioning in the room had difficulty maintaining a consistently cool temperature. This made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.
