mixed experience with some issues
small roomindifferent staff
the room was quite small (i felt a bit cramped). also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. the staff seemed indifferent when i mentioned these issues.

The night staff was very nice at check-in, really making a good first impression. the hotel is close to the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe. It was just a short walk to both. the heating system worked perfectly. i liked that the hotel was located on a quiet, safe street (especially during the evenings).
The room was a bit small. This was only a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is close to several cafes and decent restaurants. i found a farmers market nearby, it provided fresh fruit and other local goods. there's also an aldi within walking distance (very convenient for snacks!).

The location is excellent, it is about 10 minutes from the arc de triomphe. several metro stations are within an 8-minute walk. This made getting around the city very easy. the street is quiet and away from busy streets.

my room was nice and neat. the air conditioning worked well, this was great during the warm weather. i had a nice balcony and the room size was decent for two people.

the location was great, close to the metro station. it was very convenient to get around.
i was disappointed with the lack of cleaning service. my room was not cleaned . also, the wifi was practically non-existent, constantly cutting out. it made it difficult to do anything online.

the location was great. the area was quiet and close to many sights! public transport was also nearby. i found it pretty easy to get around from here.
My room felt a bit small and congested. I found that to be a bit irritating. the air conditioning did not work so great. there was no communication as to why or when it would work again. I felt frustrated by this
