lovely hosts and great location
lovely hosts ideal location modern room
the hosts were so lovely, i felt very welcomed. the location is ideal, right by the town centre and theatre. the room was clean and modern. i also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee provided in the room, such a nice touch!
i noticed the room could use a mirror or designated dressing area. it would be helpful for getting ready. this minor addition would enhance the overall experience.

loud pub slow breakfast
The noise from the pub downstairs was quite loud late into the night. i struggled to get to sleep before it quieted down. also, the breakfast service was slow. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a simple order of toast (i saw other guests were also annoyed).

convenient and friendly stay
friendly staff decent room clean bathroom
i found the staff very friendly and nice. the room size was decent. the bathroom felt new and was clean. there was an area outside the room that included a microwave, plates, cutlery, and a coffee machine. this was useful if i did not want to eat out.
the room i stayed in lacked a mirror, so there was no dressing area. there was also no blind on the skylight window. this let in a lot of light in the mornings.

central location comfy bed easy access
The location is very central. Access to shops, pubs, and restaurants is really easy. The bed was comfy and it was SUPER easy to find (i loved this!). The parking is close.
The room lacked a mirror. There isn't a blind on the skylight window that lets in a lot of light in the mornings.
