the location is great, just a short walk from the main train station. the room was excellent, spotlessly clean and a really good size, i was very really surprised. it also had a balcony, just a great hotel room!
There was no air conditioning and the room got very warm. Any kind of movement would make you sweaty.

the location is good and near shops with transport to the main station. the bedroom was a good size. i appreciated the free use of fans available from the 5th floor. the team responded quickly to messages.
the room only contained the bed. there was enough space for a table and chairs but they were missing. i found that contrary to hospitality.

The location seemed good and provided transport access to the main station. My bedroom had a fair size. I found fans on the 5th floor for free. The team did respond to messages.
The hotel was warm and I had no a/c. The room was not have any fans . I did not see any staff to raise concerns. I also could not find shelves or a chair for more comfort.
