The staff was warm and cute. They generously offered an upgrade so I could settle in and store my luggage right away, as my original room wasn't quite ready yet.

the location worked great. i could easily walk to the city center, and the hotel was near restaurants. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. i felt welcome.
the room felt smaller than i expected. there was no closet for luggage, i had to keep everything in my suitcase. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. i was provided with a fan.
