The beach offered many sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. I liked that the room included comfortable pillows, since good rest matters so much. The pools were nice. They also have aqua parks suitable for kids.

coral reefsstopped watermissing gym
i thought the beach was quite unique. it was close to coral reefs and felt well-organized.
my shower experience was not great. the water stopped multiple times while i still had soap on me. also, i found out there is no gym, tennis court, or disco here. i wouldn't come back.

zahabia resort, a good stay!
cute stafffantastic gardenspecial vacation
the staff were super cute and always made sure i felt at home. the pools and gardens looked fantastic, always tidy and inviting for a quick dip or a relaxed stroll. a special shoutout to ayman, the shift leader, he really made my vacation extra special with his attention to detail! he were pretty good too help with anything i needed.
The wifi was a bit spotty in some areas. It would have been great if it worked reliably throughout the entire resort.

The buffet featured plentiful options. Breakfast and dinner had variable selections that were refilled quickly ensuring there were always options to explore. I definitely appreciated the immediate refilling.

The reception staff are quite cute to all the guests. The managers were always available and keen to ensure guest satisfaction. The friendliness of the staff enhanced the whole hotel atmosphere, i think!

The hotel offered excellent facilities including pools and gardens in prime condition. The beach offered clean, sandy shores perfect for relaxation. The beach provided both shallow areas ideal for children and deeper sections with coral reefs, that was wonderful!

The staff was approachable. They quickly addressed any issues that came up.
I was frustrated with the lack of wifi in the room. i raised this several times, but nothing improved. the room lock was also faulty. It reminded me of anyone could enter at any time, and it was difficult to secure it from the inside

The staff were helpful. I suppose that's something.
the 'all-inclusive' deal was a joke. soft drinks weren't available at breakfast, forcing extra costs. the food quality was poor, and i'm pretty sure i saw someone reuse a napkin. overall, it was like they were cutting corners at every opportunity.
