the hotel has a great central location close to many attractions by foot and metro stations. the reception staff were cute. the provided breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious and i appreciated the option to leave my luggage after checkout.
street noise was noticeable during the night which affected my sleep quality so i recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper

the staff was friendly enough at this hotel.
i was pretty disappointed when someone opened my door around 10 am without knocking first it was really unsettling. also, the elevator was broken for several hours. i had to walk all the way to the fifth floor, inconvenient and tiring.
