ferry terminal welcome arrival
The location near the ferry terminal was FANTASTIC. The room was clean and quiet. I slept very well. Staff were available when I needed them. Check-in was straightforward, I felt welcome upon arrival.
The lack of windows in my room was a drawback. It felt a bit closed off without natural light. More natural light would improve the room.

Staff provided clear directions to local attractions and were quick to respond to requests, I felt at home. They offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout. Their service was heartfelt and attentive.

A serene retreat in a bustling city
soft bed helpful staff
i found the soft bed and the perfectly weighted pillows comforting. the aesthetic felt very pure (it matched my dress!), and the staff made check-in simple. the entire space inspired a sense of calm.
there aren't any negative aspects to report.

good location nice shower reception staff rusty tap difficult temperature small curtain
the location is great to cafes. it is located on a very nice street near restaurant. i found a nice hot shower was available as well as a fridge was in the room. the staff manning reception are available for twenty four hours.
i notice the water tap is very rusty. it was very difficult to adjust the temperature. i could not completely close the window so i heard lot of noise from outside. the curtain was too small for the window.

loud noise stained towel
the room was quite small and it was listed as a beautiful double room i expected a bit more space the air conditioning unit made a loud noise throughout the night making it difficult to sleep i also found a stain on one of the towels it made me question the overall cleanliness

rusty faucet incomplete curtain
The room I got was okay, but the bathroom faucet was very rusty. It was hard to adjust the water temperature and my son almost got burned. We could not close the window completely, so we heard all noise from outside as if it was inside. The curtain was not enough for whole window so sun rise was very bright. I am very disenchanted cause at 1 am one night somebody opened our room with their key. Staff did not fix it.
