clothes rack friendly employee
The room included slippers a mini fridge and a drying rack for clothes. They arranged a taxi for me plus this is family-owned so everyone was very friendly
My air conditioning was directly in front of the bed so it caused some problems with the draught.

easy access fresh sheets cute staff air conditioning storage space busy road
The location provides easy access to the island. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. I found the staff very caring and cute. Breakfast was brought to my room and featured local products, a nice touch.
The air conditioning blew directly toward the bed, so it was uncomfortable. I did not find much storage space available in the room . Walking to the caldera required a climb or a walk along a busy road.

decent stay with minor drawbacks

The staff was helpful, especially with arranging taxis. Made getting around much easier. The location was also super convenient, just a short walk to the main area. Plus, the sunrise views from the hotel were fine!
Ordering breakfast was a bit strange. The menu was limited, and it had some confusing options. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great either. I found it a little difficult to have a good shower. the wifi signal wasn't very reliable near the pool.

clothes rack friendly staff strange system pool service
the rooms are kept very clean. i found a drying rack for clothes and complimentary water, very useful. also, i found the staff proactive and friendly. dimitris was helpful.
the breakfast ordering system was strange. having breakfast in the room felt disappointing. there was no pool service of any kind.
