The location felt special. A stair-street led up one of the hills. My room had large windows filled with green trees, and I appreciated this. The staff was helpful and nice. I felt at home. I had full privacy.
My room was small. It basically consisted of just the bed, not ideal. The doors fronted the reception area and the front door. Everything could be heard from within the room. This was distracting.

The location is convenient. I found it easy to access the tram, allowing a quick trip to Sultanahmet. The hotel is near taksim square and m2. The museum of modern art and galata port are also in walking distance. Everyone was helpful. They took care of my needs.
I noticed some stairs leading up to the hotel. They could be challenging for people with mobility issues

The location is very convenient. I found a pastry shop near the stairs that led to the hotel. The entire hotel prohibits smoking.
The shower did not provide consistent hot water. I had to keep my hand on the handle. The TV was mounted on the wall and not centered with the bed. The room cleanliness was lacking. The bed sheets had some stains.
